Chemical Steralizations being phased in co-incides with the timing of steralization operations being phased out

Steralizing the mentally ill is not a side effect. Physical operations to steralize the mentally ill were gradually phased out in the 1960's and 70's, The same time that the new chemical wave of psychiatric drugs that were known to steralize from the start infiltrated the mentally ill of communities.

Coercion was used in both (1, 2) of these methods as the most common approach.

Psychiatry has used Sigmund Freud the thinking man as the trojan horse to gain acceptance from the public to carry out their drug programs on the mentally ill.

One of these drug programs is to screen every child in school for mental illness called TeenScreen (1,2). It was defeated after 13 years, however the mental hygienists are relentless. Screening pregnant mums and infants in the UK, The Obamacare expansion and now Hillary Clinton announces a new mental health plan targeting infants, children and families again. The Idea of a state national health service was created by the peoples national socialist party, Nazi Germany 1930s.

These plans were laid out here at the Tavistock Institute in 1940 by Colonel J R Rees, to change the word from Mental Hygiene to mental health, target schools and use subtle marketing through the media.
